Adderley Featherstone is a growing Executive Recruitment business and would like to further develop through a number of new additions to its team. We are looking for business professionals with a degree or a professional qualification, a successful track record in industry and original experience and training in a Blue Chip company. Regional Opportunities

We are also looking to build our presence in certain key strategic regions i.e. Ireland, Scotland and Wales. This is a different type of opportunity requiring an individual with the maturity, drive, ambition and credibility to develop our business further within one of these regions. For example, in Ireland we have a good track record with a number of excellent clients but would like a stronger presence there and would like to identify an individual who could perhaps work from a virtual or a home based office situation covering Ireland and developing our business throughout Ireland. The objective being to build a business within a three year period which has an established successful team operating from an office in a major city such as Dublin or another appropriate location. Equally, we are interested in doing this in a similar way in Scotland and Wales.

We are interested in talking to experienced business professionals, ideally with a track record in recruitment, who would like an opportunity to really express themselves, build something from scratch and participate in the success of that from a profit share perspective going forward. This is a real opportunity for somebody to develop our Brand in a large area and take a strong position in our company. We may consider people outside of recruitment, who have got an excellent network of contacts and can convince us that their business development skills, acumen, commerciality and commitment to quality will achieve success.


These are ideal opportunities for highly motivated people who are business aware and would like to develop a career in executive recruitment. The starting point of researcher is working as part of a team identifying senior level candidates for significant recruitment projects. You will need to have commercial experience in either sales, marketing or business analysis and have an outgoing business like personality with excellent communications and research skills. The workload is varied across a broad cross section of clients and is a support function to senior consultants.

Business Development Specialists

One of the important roles within our company is to develop new client relationships and a key part of the process of developing a new client is to win face-to-face appointments in order for us to present our service offering to them. This key role requires well defined inter-personal skills, sales capability, business awareness and a winning mentality.

We are looking for experienced business developers who will deliver appointments for our consultants in order for them to start a dialogue with prospective new clients. This role will suit highly articulate, positive individuals who have developed successful track records in B2B sales and can combine this with business awareness.
