Our fees are competitive within the marketplace. They reflect the level of responsibility, anticipated degree of complexity and amount of consultant input and resources required. Each assignment is agreed in writing beforehand, including our timetable commitment to the shortlisting stage.
We agree with the client an initial retainer fee, a working fee to be charged on presentation of the shortlist and a completion fee when the right candidate is appointed. We also agree with the client the anticipated level of variable expenses and our web-based advertising campaigns are highly cost effective and managed through our specialist sister company
Our letter of confirmation details all fees so that the client knows exactly how much to budget for the completion of the assignment in advance, it being a fixed price contract.
