Role Overview:
We are in search of highly motivated and experienced Consultants to contribute to our growth. This position is perfectly suited for an experienced headhunter, Human Resources professional, or a senior manager seeking a career transition, who values the flexibility of working from home.
Successful candidates will benefit from comprehensive training, backed by a highly skilled research team and advertising department. This support structure ensures the sourcing of top-tier talent for senior management and C-Suite level roles, with base salaries ranging from £60k to £250k. Leveraging the latest technology, we encourage collaboration and support among our team to manage ongoing projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
Drafting proposals and screening candidates.
Conducting online interviews.
Analysing candidates and preparing notes.
Compiling a shortlist of recommendations.
Negotiating salaries and preparing offers.
Benefits:
No requirement for new business development, as ongoing work is provided.
Targets include completing three assignments per month.
Package includes a bonus, with an OTE of up to £72k per annum.
Flexibility in managing your own time, stepping away from the conventional 9-5.
