Adderleys has been providing executive search and leadership consulting services to blue chip clients since 1991. As a trusted partner, we help our clients to identify the right people for their board level, leadership, and senior management level positions.
Research is a vital part of our process, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Researcher. In this role, you will work closely with a team to identify, approach and assess candidates for high-profile senior leadership appointments. You will be responsible for conducting online interviews, sourcing candidates and drafting detailed supporting notes of your findings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is business aware and looking to develop a career in executive search. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and an eye for detail. You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional writing skills.
While a background in research is preferred, it does not necessarily need to be in the recruitment sector. We will provide the training and development needed for the successful candidate to excel. We will consider research backgrounds in executive search, legal, academic, or scientific areas.
